NCVC publishes booklets and pamphlets in three languages on
various subjects in relations to the issues pertaining to victims of
crime, sexual and gender based violence, especially for the protection
and promotion of human rights. These publications are targeted the
general public as well as officials directly dealing with victims of
crime.

book published by the NCVC with an aim to felicitate Mr. S S Wijeratne,
the National Convener of the NCVC. The book comprises number of articles
