NCVC publishes booklets and pamphlets in three languages on various subjects in relations to the issues pertaining to victims of crime, sexual and gender based violence, especially for the protection  and promotion of human rights. These publications are targeted the general public as well as officials directly dealing with victims of crime.
 


  Constitutional Rights and Victims of Crime:
                Edited by Justice Hector S. Yapa and Mr. Rohan Sahabandu

A book published by the NCVC with an aim to felicitate Mr. S S Wijeratne, the National Convener of the NCVC. The book comprises number of articles in relation to victims of crime and constitutional rights in Sri Lanka. The essays were contributed by eminent jurists, Senior Attorneys at Law and by Mr. S S Wijeratne
 



  Victims of Crime:

The first book published by the NCVC in order to make aware and sensitize the key personalities in the judicial system and raise awareness among the general public. The book illustrates the present legal protection for victims in the Sri Lankan context. The history and laws relating to victims of crime is mainly discussed. The book also includes the UN guiding principles on victims of crime and abuse of power and the proposed legislation on Protection of victims of crime and witnesses. The book has been published in all three languages. (Sinhala, Tamil and English)

  Children and the Law:

The book is focused on the laws and procedures for the protection of children in Sri Lanka. The book speaks about the present system and mechanisms in order to protect children, the available remedial measures in order to protect them from being abused due to their vulnerability, and national and international standards on the rights of the child. The book has been published in all three languages. (Sinhala, Tamil and English)
 


  Sexual and Gender Based Violence:

The book focuses on the laws and procedures relating to sexual and gender based violence in Sri Lanka. The book speaks about the present system and mechanisms in order to protect women and children, the available remedial measures for children and women.
